Sleep Paralysis. When waking up or going to bed, you feel like you have a short amount of breath, tightness in the chest, or difficult in moving with difficulties of talking. Many people have experienced this. It’ll happen at least once or twice in your life.Usually it happens to teenagers ranging the age of 14 through 17.You feel like you’re trapped, and an invisible figure is trapping you down onto your bed. You feel the need to open your mouth and scream but no sound comes out. It feels like someone is strangling your neck, choking you in your sleep. Most likely, you’ll hallucinate and you’ll tend to see a black shadowy figure on the top corner of your bed. There’s 4 stages of sleeping.Stage 1: (Sleep) We are still half-conscious and still half awake.Stage 2: The sleep where you’re still a little awake but can’t really wake yourself up.Stage 3: The amount of sleep where you’re un-conscious and can’t feel anything around you.Stage 4: The deepest stage of sleep of all, (REM) Where you’re fully un-conscious and you can’t seem to wake up.Sleep paralysis is something you can’t control at all. Usually it’s caused by stressed, depression, fear, paranoia, mind control, or irregular pattern of sleep. Some people say, once they’re in the stage, they feel like their possessed where their actions cannot be controlled. A spirit takes over their body and leads them into actions they cannot remember in the morning.

Forreal, When this happened to me last year I could hear screams everywhere. I couldn’t even move my fingers or toes. I also wanted to yell for help but I couldn’t. I kinda want to experience this again…
